Avani Ibn Battuta Dubai Hotel

We really enjoyed reasonably spacious rooms and reasonably priced food.

The breakfast looked good with lots of options. Great that they have Wheelchair Accessible rooms with comfortable beds and very good view, as for instance; everyone is welcome here.

The place was exceptionally clean and fantastic, had top-class and amicable staff in night shift. Our room was stylish and had central heating, a private safe, and multi-channel television. The bed was big; and there was a walk-in shower. The location was amazing fit to visit EXPO 2020.

The place is ideal and quiet, we didn't want to say goodbye!

The units are spacious with twin beds. Fantastic and good location, a tube station is right next to the hotel. The restaurant serves delicious Indian food.

The stay here was VERY GOOD in the next visit. The hotel had particularly good location so close to Al Maktoum airport, large mall and metro station and Marina, Blue waters, Medinat Jumeriah in a taxi between 15-40 dirham. Beach & Coast district was worth exploring.

Ideal for family vacations!

The staff was amazing, especially Mr Hasnain! He really went outta his way giving us tips for a Safari. We also had this really good breakfast buffet every morning, its worth waking up for!

It wasn't cheap by any means but still made sense with all the amenities provided.

There were soundproofing issues, making it hard to enjoy a peaceful night's sleep.

The hotel impressed with clean, modern rooms and courteous staff. The pool was a nice spot to unwind, but the decor around it felt tacky and lacked sufficient shade. A minor downside was the towels looking a bit worn, but overall, a nice experience.

Our honeymoon was unforgettable, especially with the surprise celebration set up by staff. The various breakfast options kept us excited every morning, and the location near the metro made exploring Dubai a breeze.

The rooftop pool was a perfect spot for relaxation after exploring, and the gym was great with new equipment. The large TV screen by the pool added fun for movie nights. The location is super convenient, just a quick walk to the mall and the Metro. My favorite experience was the warm smile from the room cleaner. She.

Breakfast was a total game-changer! So many good choices, I could have feasted all morning. The staff were super friendly. Plus, the location near the metro and the fine Kite Beach just adds to the perks.

The spacious room was modern and comfortable for my wife and our two grown kids. With the mall right next door, we enjoyed shopping and dining. Plus, the pool area was perfect.

In my wife's opinion, the breakfast could use improvement.

The spacious AVANI Superior Room seemed like a home away from home, providing all the comfort we needed. The breakfast was a good spread, with different options every day that kept us excited for the first meal!
